Conveyor belts of general purpose are used for transportation of various lumpy, loose and piece goods.

Application
General purpose rubberized fabric belts are suitable for use in the mining and chemical industries, when installed on special conveyors and machine tools. Similar systems are used in logistics centers, at cargo-passenger terminals when moving goods inside the facility.

Installation of a conveyor belt is allowed at agricultural enterprises, livestock complexes, in the food industry, fish, meat, poultry processing, bakeries. The device is suitable for transporting small and loose materials.

Advantages

Based on world practice, the use of EP fabric in a general-purpose conveyor belt GOST 20-85 provides the belt with:

higher strength (high tear resistance);
low elongation of the conveyor belt at operating load, which eliminates the need for multiple stops of the conveyor to adjust the length of the conveyor belt, and its additional re-joining;
reliable resistance to shock loads;
high transverse flexibility (elasticity) of the conveyor belt, which will increase the angle of inclination of the side rollers of the conveyor and thereby increase its productivity.
