The abrasion-resistant belt for the conveyor is characterized by a high rate of durability and quality. Similar characteristics are achieved due to the unique properties of the conveyor belt:

The material is resistant to temperature changes, so it can be used in any climate. Working temperature – from -45°С to +60°С.

The breaking strength of the tape is in the range from 400 to 1600 N/mm. Similar figures were achieved through the use of a polyester base, nylon weft, as well as the number of fabric pads. An abrasion resistant belt uses 3 to 6 spacers.

To increase the resistance to mechanical stress, a Y-type coating is used, which complies with the DIN standard

The adhesive properties of the conveyor belt are at a high level, thanks to which it is possible to transport goods even on a slope. They won't slip or fall off the tape.
